Memberships become active after your first visit to Peak Performance Fitness and completion of any required registration forms, waivers, or membership agreements.

A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.

Membership Terms

Membership pricing, commitment periods, enrollment fees, annual maintenance fees, renewal terms, and cancellation policies are clearly displayed on each membership product page prior to purchase.

Day Passes & Short-Term Passes

Day Passes, Weekend Passes, and other short-term passes are valid only for the time period specified at the time of purchase.

A valid photo ID may be required when redeeming your pass.

Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

Peak Performance Fitness does not store your complete credit card information.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Online Orders

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

Please present your confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device) along with a valid photo ID when you arrive at the gym.

Refund Policy
